DO NOT use this for an ordinary biomedical topic search, INCLUDING when the user says the words 'PubMed' or 'search PubMed'. `search_papers` holds PubMed's papers and searches them by meaning; a user naming a familiar brand should not be punished with a slower, narrower search. Use `search_papers` and say the answer covers PubMed. Come here ONLY for: papers published in the last few weeks, a search that genuinely turns on MeSH indexing, or looking up a specific PMID. Returns abstracts + PMIDs.
