Clinical Trials

Search ClinicalTrials.gov. Use for trial phase, status, enrollment, primary endpoints, sponsor, and where the trial runs. Returns NCT records; each carries a **Locations** line with the countries (and US states) that have sites, and a **Sites** line naming the individual cities. The free-text query does NOT filter by country, so when the user constrains location — 'recruiting in the US', 'trials in Europe' — read those lines and drop trials with no site in the requested place rather than assuming a text match means a match. When the user asks where a trial runs, name the cities from the **Sites** line and list every one that matches what they asked for; never infer a city from the sponsor's name, which gets a multi-city trial wrong. If too few qualify, say so instead of padding the list with trials elsewhere.
